Good to know
- Pay as you go, with no contracts or tie-ins. Discounted rates may be available for regular, ongoing work on a fixed-term agreement. Ask us.
- New customers receive 10 minutes of free transcription.
- No VAT is added to our prices.
- In some cases prepayment may be required, as set out in our terms of business.
- Invoices are issued at the end of the month and are payable within 14 days.
- Standard transcription prices assume one speaker, speaking clear English, on a clear recording. For several speakers or poor audio, send the file and we will assess it and quote.
- Partial minutes are charged at the same rate as full minutes.
- We accept bank transfer and PayPal.
- Errors or omissions are amended free of charge if the work is returned to us within 24 hours of delivery. Further amendments or additions are charged at your agreed rate.
